How does the 30-day at-home trial work if I want to return something?

Use it as hard as you like for 30 days. If it's not right, start a return from your order page and we email a prepaid label — no restocking fee, even if the box is opened and the coffee machine has grounds in it. We only ask that you send back the accessories so we can refurbish and re-home it.

Are these authentic, brand-new units or refurbished?

New and sealed unless a listing explicitly says 'Certified Renewed,' which we price lower and label clearly. We buy through authorized distributors, so your manufacturer warranty is fully valid — no gray-market imports.
